This page is dedicated to all the signs that inspired the name, "Slow Children At Play."  I've driven through some of the neighborhoods with those signs.  All the kids I see dart out from behind parked cars at speeds that would make Mario Andretti wet himself.  I can therefore only assume that the parents posting the signs aren't referring to their children's physical abilities...

Now doesn't this kid look FAST???
